So, i was happily munching away on a bowl of rice crispies last night when i found (after chewing and hastily spitting out!) a small bit of blue coloured rubber - it definitely must have come from the packet and i am just wondering how i go about making a complaint - not only was it particularly "minging", but i also feed my child (2yrs) on this cereal...SO glad it wasnt him eating that particular portion as he probably WOULDNT have spat it out!!!! Help - how, where and who do i complain to?! And how do i word said complaint - i have complained about little things to companies in the past but nothing as yuk and health risk related as this before!!!
Cheers in advance for any help or info

Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?

I would email them by clicking onto http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/contact/productcomplaint.asp - They will probley ask you to return the packaging to them so they can look at the product/batch code.0
