Tesco Direct Groceries

I'm very pleased with Tesco Direct for delivery of groceries.
I booked a delivery between 12 and 2, and at 2.10 they hadn't arrived. I rang customer services who told me the driver would be here in half an hour, and that they would refund the £5.99 delivery charge for me - very impressed!

I've always been very happy with them after probably 2 years using them. They also tend to use the same 4 or 5 drivers so you get to know them. However I notice many people have complaints against them. I guess it depends on your local store and the drivers.0
