Cheap cartridges plus free delivery.Posted first class if ordered before 3pm they arrive following day.What more could I ask?

:mad: Ordered printer inks on 10 Oct 2008. The money left my account four days later, but ten days later no ink has arrived, despite a statement on the 999inks site saying they guarantee free first class next day delivery.
I have had no email or call to say the items are out of stock or that there is a problem with the order or delivery in any way
Have made several calls to 999inks, but all calls go to voicemail and no one returns my calls. Have emailed twice but no response.
Have reported 999inks to trading standards and intend to pursue this further until they are shut down.
Have also read a review elsewhere stating that ink bought from this company ruined someone's printer.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY - THIS SITE IS A SCAM. :mad:0
