Can I Ditch Sky?
Wondered if someone can advise me here. (Hope this is in the right place by the way, wasn't sure which board to post to!) I moved to a new house the end of October last year and had Sky installed because the Freeview website said that it wasn't available in my area. On the day of installation, everything went well, until…

Tesco doesn't honour vouchers unless you can predict the future. BEWARE.
Any advice on how I can get the owed clubcard points would be much appreciated! The language might seem a bit aggressive but I felt it was important for them to know how I feel as a customer. Look at the dates! You would think after taking all that time they would have written a 20 page essay in response to my query. My…

NEXT Directory
I don't know if anyone is aware of this, or can offer advice. I have been a customer of NEXT for about 20 years. I always pay off the balance in full at the end of each month (it's not usually much if anything anyway). At Christmastime I did some shoppping, then the sale, and my statement for January was £250. I paid off…

Wonderful Costco
Well I know I have rights but I have never experienced customer service like Costco's before. We bought a washer over a year ago and lost the receipt. It decided to break down and we decided that it was just too much hassle to try to get Costco to help out without the receipt and it was over a year old. Anyway to cut a…

Excel Centre cash points
I was at the Excel Centre in London at the weekend for an exhibition. We needed to get cash out for lunch (expensive enough as that was!) and were directed by a member of staff to the cash point on the main level by the entrance doors. We were charged £1.85 for each withdrawal, but were hungry so put up with it. Later on…

ICSTIS Incompetant and ineffectual.
The following is the text of email to ICSTIS the premium rate regulator. I'm cross with them because they are not taking any action against E7broadband who are taking money from people for a freephone telephone technical support contract which doesn't actually provide tecnical support but uses ICSTIS regulations…

HI, Purchased a fridge freezer from Comet online in Sep 2004, it broke last week. I don't like the throw away and replace thing, so I paid for Comet to come out and fix it(£60). Tesco CC - Dreadful Service
Last August I was sucked in to the mail shot with my CC statement to get extra points for signing up to Home Phone/BB and Powergen but inspite of constant calls, I still haven't had the extra points. To add insult to injury, I have had appalling service from Tesco Broadband where they just completely ignore me and hope I…
