Excel Centre cash points

I was at the Excel Centre in London at the weekend for an exhibition. We needed to get cash out for lunch (expensive enough as that was!) and were directed by a member of staff to the cash point on the main level by the entrance doors. We were charged £1.85 for each withdrawal, but were hungry so put up with it.
Later on we needed the toilet and decided to head down to the lower level as we thought there'd be less of a queue. Down there are two cash machines (Barclays and another one) neither of which charged! So if you're going there and need cash, head downstairs!
