I bought my baby son a pricey all in one snow suit in December, however the stitching has started to come undone - I contacted Baby Gap & the snowsuit has been reduced in their sale from £44 to £12 & they didn't have the size I needed. I also have no receipt, however, the manager sourced me the size I needed from another store, arranged for it to be sent my local store on a 48 hour delivery. She says she will ring me when it comes in & will give me a full refund at the original price for my faulty snowsuit & sell me the new one for £12.99 - I wasn't expecting that!

Sorry chick - not been back here for a while - it was the Milton keynes Store. Now got my sons snow suit & they gave me a credit note for £31 and resold me the reduced suit - lovely people!

Glad to hear you got good service - it's a shame that it doesn't happen everywhere and all the time.

I spent years in retail so I'm always nice to staff and know what it's like. That's why I hate bad service!
