Waited in today for a delivery of office furniture (ordered online on 5th March) - got a guy coming Monday to put them up - guess what, one item didn't arrive. :mad:
I rang customer services and am told the pedestal (drawers) will not be able to be delivered until 23rd March and basically the fact I've booked somebody to come Monday is tough.
It makes me mad that there is no consequence to their lack of efficency. I now have to wait 2 more weeks to complete the order AND have to wait in again. If I ran my businesses in this way, I would have no customers!
