Just received my monthly phone and broadband bill from NTL and inside was a letter saying that as from 8th may they will be removing there freephone number to an 08 number charged at 5p a minute with a 6p connection charge, now as on average it takes about 20minutes on hold before you can get through, I think this is totally out of order, they already get about £80 a month off me!!!! Calls for broadband support will be 10p a minute!!! They're having a laugh, I'm seriously thinking of changing.

I would never sign up with NTL due to the huge amount of bad press they get over their c/s.
