I bought some stuff from this company and one item broke--I contacted them by email and they offered a refund or replacemnt goods,which i thought very fair.I opted for the refund and was assured that a cheque would be sent!!--but it hasn't! there's not much i can do except wait but buyers beware. :mad:

Been waiting about 2 weeks+ now---I emailed this week and they asked for my postcode -again!! that was 4th march. I dont think they are too keen to give refunds despite their original offer.
