am using a box off first telecom through my virgin media phoneline.but notice my virgin bill for this month has £5-99 for phone call charges also had a bill off first telecom for £4.the box is permanantly plugged in to my phoneline so cannot understand why i owe virgin for calls any ideas:confused:
