PCM Appeal rejected-No Popla code in letter
Hello all, I will keep this short for everyone. I recently appealed a PCN for owner left site, to PCM. The appeal was rejected with an option to go to the IAS (which I've heard bad thing about). No Popla code was sent with the letter, will it be just a case of sending them an email to give me one? Thanks

Independent Appeals Service.
Does anyone think that it might now be worth appealing to the IAS ? They must now be concerned for their jobs as there is not going to be two appeal services under the new CoP. There are also not going to be a full staff at the PPC's offices and some of them seem in disarray at the moment. Having to respond to the…

DCBL Legal (Letter Of Claim) Help!
Hi, Back in November 2019, I parked at work but forgot to display my permit. I stupidly accepted that I had parked the vehicle and appealed the fine which was rejected. I then again parked and forgot to display my permit in January 2020 but never accepted I had parked there. I saw the best advice was to ignore all further…

Car parking partnership fine
Hi, I have recently received a parking charge notice from Car parking partnership after a stay in a car park for 9 minutes unaware that I had to pay. After looking at the car park there are signs stating about payment however I was only there for 9 minutes and think a payment of £60 is ridiculous. Is there anything I can…

Excel Parking Services Limited PCN/NTK
Hi, I have received a NTK/PCN which I dont believe comply with the standard rules and will much appreciate any guidance on it.
