2nd Letter of claim BW legal

Hi there
I had a letter of claim from BW legal 12 months ago and followed the newbies information and requested a SAR. That came, and then I heard nothing and now 12 months later I have received a 2nd letter of claim. Not sure what to do. Can anyone advise please. I have scrolled through all of the threads but am a bit confused.

You will be aware that due to covid, parking companies are now desperate for money hence the activity of BWLegal .......
BUT, BWLegal keep making the same old mistake ..... they add on a fake £60 which the courts keep telling them is unlawful ....... they still try their luck though..

They will try to fob you off saying the code of practice allows them ? Don't fall for that one
You must reply to the LBA asking about the fake add-on, if BWL won't tell you, the judge will ask if you bring this to the attention of the court
