DCB letter of claim

I know this question has been asked many times before but for some reason I can't fully open previous posts to read the responses. I've received a DCB letter of claim today for £680 regarding unpaid parking fines (hospital car park where I work) and are requesting immediate payment. I have previously ignored letters for payment. I'm quite concerned now and don't really know what to do. should I also ignore this, do I respond, if so what do I say?

Why haven't you involved your employer to get these cancelled?
Which parking firm?
How many tickets?
How many days have you been given to deal with the DCBL demand - 14, or 30?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Tell your MP as well and signpost him/her to the MHCLG CONSULTATIONS- and ask the MP to put in their views on it, and you of course will be doing the same while it is still open for comments. Time is running out to be heard.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
