Black&White Case of Fraud?
Hello! I've had a skim through the stickys but couldn't find the advice i was looking for. I was "issued" an "invoice" by UKPC on Sunday claiming I was parked for over 2 hours in a free retail car park, I checked their website to see their photo evidence. They have photos of my car watermarked at 2:06pm and 4:18pm. The…

APCOA can do it!
I'm back from a trip to Germany and at Tegel Airport in Berlin, my jaw hit the floor at the site of a goodly number of blue-jacketed APCOA staff actually marshalling/managing the rather congested parking, hectic access roads and taxi ranks there. So why do they seem completely unable to do the same in the UK - especially…

Should we advise people to appeal to the IAS?
As title. There seems to be two schools of thought on this. If people could vote and then give their reasons in the thread it may give us some sort of reference point.

Should I go down the IAS appeal process? Advice needed.
Hello. I received a PCN from Excel Parking in July of this year. They said I hadn't paid their fee to use the car park. I did pay the fee, however I inadvertently entered my last cars registration number into their machine. I sent them a copy of the ticket I paid for, explaining that this had been my mistake, but I had…

HI, It may be a stupid question and i'm sure there's a logical answer but, If i, like a private parking firm, wrote some terms and conditions in smaller print on a letter to the company. Wrong vehicle make on my ticket
I received a ticket at Aylesbury Shopping Park, but the vehicle make is listed on the ticket wrongly. Also someone else was driving my car, and told me about the ticket. How do I proceed to avoid paying? Do I respond now to UKPC that the ticket is wrong, or wait for the notice to registered keeper?

Wrong address new build
Hi all I just received my NTK, from UKPC for parking in the side road instead of a designated space on a new build development. The address is incorrect.
