Multiple UKPC charges, too late for POPLA appeal?

Hope someone can give a bit of advice. I've trawled through for 3 days til the words are just going over my head. Sorry.
I've appealed a UKPC charge before with the help of the Newbies thread and other appeals posted, and won at 1st appeal. But now my daughter has 5 more of the darn things!
To be brief, it's a residential car park, 8 spaces, usually only 4 are used by the same cars so the warden does know who is allowed to park there, but seems to delight in pouncing when your permit's dropped on the floor/car seat etc.
Ticket 1 - 4th April
NTK received
Daughter's appeal sent in the post
Final Reminder received, followed by a letter (dated 2nd June) saying she needed to send proof of valid permit.
Valid permit proof posted on 17th June.
Letter from DRP dated 11th June received !!???
Obviously UKPC didn't wait the 21 days before passing it on to debt recovery.
No POPLA code was received.
Letting agent was told about the problem with UKPC and these tickets, but the only advice they've given is to ignore anything and everything.
Email has been sent to BPA regarding this ticket.
Do we need to do anything else?
Ticket 2 - 5th June
Appealed online 24th June (had email confirmation)
No NTK was received
Letter received 14th July with a POPLA code.
Unfortunately, my daughter took this to the letting agents, to again complain. They kept the letter (along with the one below, ticket 3) and said they'd sort it out and get back to her.
They didn't contact her so she went 3 days ago to them, only to find they hadn't done anything - still not found out who has asked UKPC to patrol the car park, or contacted the landlord about it. The advice my daughter was given was, yet again, do nothing, ignore all.
She now has her letter back, I looked at the POPLA site to try to appeal online, but the code has now expired.
Should the code just be entered on the POPLA site anyway, I did note that they're not taking any more appeals after 21st August. Or should she just wait for even more DRP letters?
Ticket 3 - 5th June (2 3/4 hours after ticket 2)
The two tickets were found adjacent to each other on the windscreen, but on the UKPC website the first one had been removed to photograph the second and then replaced once all 'evidence' had been taken.
All details as for ticket 2.
Next ticket is a bit different.
Ticket 4 - 11th May
NTK received 10th June
Appeal was sent 17th June
Rejection letter from UKPC received 1st June, no POPLA code has been sent.
Obviously it's not been paid, but we've not heard anything else from this one. Should we be nudging them for a POPLA code or not? I wasn't sure which was correct.
I apologise in advance if similar cases have already been posted, but I genuinely couldn't find them.
Needless to say a letter of complaint is being written today to the letting agents and possibly the landlord.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read.

Ask to see the landlords lease as any conditions also apply to you as a tenant, especially with reference to the parking spot.
If the landlord lease does not mention permits and the space is on his leasehold all you need his his intermission to park on it and tell the parking firm to shut up or sue you.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Mark is right, the only way they can get a penny is to win a court claim, which, as you probably have the leasehold right to park there, and they nor the landowner has suffered any loss, would be almost impossible. Read this

Thank you both. I'll have a read of the link.0

I've read the link, thank you.
But still unclear as to what to do about the two tickets which we had a POPLA code for, albeit too late now to appeal to POPLA, no NTK was received. Should this be pointed out to UKPC or just left and await all the Debt Recovery letters?0
