Need some advise,
Got a ukpc ticket a year ago in NI (and living in NI) and followed the advice of ignoring everything from ukpc, debt recovery, zenith etc.
but now a year on a mysterious small claims solicitor letter arrived.
Question is ignore again or is this actually heading for proper legal action?

Assuming you have ignored throughout and they don't know the driver's identity you can safely ignore right up to getting a court issued claim.clarkie_ni wrote: »Small claims solicitors, trading name of A law ltd.
