Contravention 62 Hillingdon Council

Hi members, need assistance as I have got a PCN contravention 62 for "Parked with one or more wheels on over a footpath "

The car was half in the driveway and half outside as there is construction work going on in the house and there was some old wooden flooring on the drive waiting to be collected by the builder. Hence the car could not be completely inside.

Is their anyway to challenge this or should I pay the £55 within 14 days.

I am feeling so upset as already the builder is causing stress by not coming to work everyday and now this additional expense.

Please can someone provide some assistance.
