No response to appeals now being charged

When we received a PCN from PCM Ltd we immediately appealed. We had no response and got a demand letter which we appealed again, both by email and recorded letter. Still no response or acknowledgement of any kind. Now being sent a letter from Debt Recovery Plus. Tried to appeal through IPC but as they have no doubt marked it as appeal rejected, we cannot do this through the site.

Ignore all the debt collectors letters.
Don't ignore any correspondence you get directly from Court.0 -
Ignore everything they have had their chance. Only respond if you get a genuine court claim. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hard to know. It's a road with four parking spaces at the side, opposite a tesco local but the road also leads to a local train station. The spaces are managed by PCM.0

as they are an IPC member then all you can do is pay or ignore for 6 years
so ignore and only deal with a court claim, defend yourself before a judge, which is your right in law , or after 6 years put it in the bin0
