terms and conditions

HI,
It may be a stupid question and i'm sure there's a logical answer but,
If i, like a private parking firm, wrote some terms and conditions in smaller print on a letter to the company.
For example, saying "by communicating with me you agree to cover the administrative costs of my further communication at £10 per letter sent and received..." etc etc
and the PPC continued to communicate with me, is there a reason if i then issued a small claims case that i would lose.
Is this any different from them saying to me "by parking you agree to our tiny t&c's no matter what"
thanks

they would simply decline to form or accept the contract.
it has been tried , it has failed.
best of luck with it , 10 letter ping pong should pay your outstanding charge , 12 letters and you could buy some petrol and have a nice meal0 -
Just like the PPCs' T&Cs, only testable in court.
You put your T&Cs to PPCs and 100% will reject and/or ignore.
PPCs put their T&Cs to Joe Public and 60% will accept and pay up immediately!
There's your logical answer! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you tried to get payment, like sending them an invoice? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
