Premier parking unfair charge

I had an appointment and they said that there was parking on site, so as soon as i parked the car, went indoors and straight upto reception where they told me i had to register the number plate on the system.
Few days later, i received a PCN letter for unauthorised entering and parking of the private car-park. Sent email, with photo of appointment letter, straight away of receiving the PCN and now 2dys letter they said that my appeal has been denied and i have to pay £60 before end August or it will go upto £100. Replied to them to say that this is appalling and im gona take it further.
These firms like scaring people and it does work unfortunately!
Any advice would be welcome please if you would be so kind.:money:

Read the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum on how to submit a second stage appeal.

I would go straight back to the reception and demand they sort it out!0

So what went wrong? If you want us to put some effort into helping you, then show a little effort yourself to spell things out in order we can target advice.0 -
I did register the number plate onto their system obviously.
Just think this is all pathetic, but they do get away with it unfortunately scaring people to pay whereas they were told they could park there0 -
OP - you are not making it clear at all. By your account, you did what was required and you still got a ticket. But, is the car park where you parked actually the car park for the surgery?
Have you established what went wrong and why you are being ticketed?0
