I'm back from a trip to Germany and at Tegel Airport in Berlin, my jaw hit the floor at the site of a goodly number of blue-jacketed APCOA staff actually marshalling/managing the rather congested parking, hectic access roads and taxi ranks there.
So why do they seem completely unable to do the same in the UK - especially at sites that are so much less busy?
