How can they get my telephone number
Have had a few letters from Roxburghe debt collectors regarding a private parking ticket I received last year. I have been doing the standard ignoring them tactic, which is proving wonderfully successful... but today they have sent me a text asking me to call them. I know they could have acquired my address from the DVLA…

Dear forum - I live in Camden. I have a Polo car which I don't use that much and because I live on a busy road, I have to park it in the next street so don't pass by it that often. Camden do not send reminders to renew parking permits and the date of expiry is not written on the permit - it is just a barcode. However I…

I got a parking ticket on a Saturday in a zone which is signed as Mon-Fri!
The council made a mistake and put the wrong sign up. I have contested it in two letters and one email, yet they are still making me appeal through the adjudicator. The officer placing the ticket even said it was a sign belonging to the other council and that it shouldn't be there. He continued to give tickets to others!…

Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum since receiving a parking invoice last year. I've been told I'm aswell just ripping it up…
