Highview see reasonable time as no more than 1 minute!
Letter from Highview today: Parked at 19:05:49 and left at 19:08:34. (whats that around 2.5mins) Parked again same day between 22:28 and 22:29. In both instances I overstayed the parking limit. So it looks like they are now enforcing 1min maximum parking times. lol!

By the time they finish their appointment, blood test, pharmacy, nearly half a day is taken up - and obviously expensive.
