You need to do absolutely nothing, it is not enforceable, just ignore everything they throw at you.

That makes.... absolutely no difference.

Do not pay them an old halfpenny.

Just collect the toilet paper they send, don't reply in any way, and wait patiently until they realise you are NOT mug enough to pay them, and they then disappear.

Pesky shoppers overstaying their welcome in our car-park spending money in store. Ignore Town & city parking (bunch of scammers whom has recently been kicked out of an local Iceland car-park as the car-park is turning into council-run due to complaints to the shoppers) and ignore the store which employs them to mis-manage their car-park.
