Wrong Reg on PCN
One of our drivers received a PCN from TFL for 'Stopping where prohibited". The registration number of the vehicle on the PCN is incorrect, they've put an 8 instead of a 7. Is this grounds for them to cancel the ticket if I appeal? Do they have to ensure they have the vehicle details correct?
