I Appealed and WON

Hiya

Just to let you all know i appealed my "fine" with highview and got an email this morning telling me that i have "won my appeal"

    Perhaps they read your thread and realised you weren't going to pay so they've made the best of the bad job? I'm a cynic, aren't I? We are all putting it in our diaries, Dave, as it's a mighty rare event...

    but wait and see, it has been known for them to say you won, and soon after the demands start up anyway...

    hope not, though.
