Parking Eye Invoice

I have received a parking charge notice from Parking Eye with photographic evidence & times of my car entering & leaving the Forest Retail Park in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts on 8th May 2012. I overstayed by 16 minutes. Read some of threads on this site about ignoring the invoice but still worried incase they pursue the fine. I`ve not contacted them or paid any money as yet, has anyone else in Notts area received notices or have any advice please?:)

Not contacted them or paid them any money? So far, you have done PERFECTLY. All you have to do is carry on as you have started. Photographic evidence? Meaningless, since I presume it's a free car park.

They may "pursue" the invoice (IT IS NOT A FINE) by writing a few letters and getting an equally pathetic Laurel and Hardy (Roxburghe and Graham White) on the case; but eventually they will realise you are one of the smart ones and they are wasting time and money chasing you.

They then go away, never to return. What will NOT happen is that you pay it, if you follow our instructions, which, just to remind you, are:

1. Don't pay
2. Ignore all letters
3. Ignore some more.
