Cheap parking in Manchester City Centre?
I am looking for cheap parking areas in the City Centre, specifically close to the Northern Quarter... on Monday evening. My friend payed £20 to park in the NCP near the Arndale last time (for 6hrs 15min it was), surely there is somewhere still near that's cheaper than this? thanks in advance!
