When to book summer 2011 holiday?

When is the best time to book next years summer holiday? is it better to book now or do the likes of thompson and firstchoice reduce prices later on?

Many thanks,

Covphoenix

Depends on how many they sell, where you want to go, board basis, choice of hotel etc.

Thomson and First Choice are the same company.

We booked three weeks before we flew, booked DIY and saved £500 on package prices.

Prices rose steadily after we booked until the date of the holiday.

Flight availability (or lack of) drives prices nowadays.

Also, there is no such thing as a free child place. It is all smoke and mirrors.
