I have acquired a large Arcopal oven dish, and as I have never used one before, I'm not sure whether it should be pre-heated in the oven and then the food put in it, or put it in "cold" as it were? I bought some very expensive beef short ribs from the butcher yesterday. Orangey grouting, Scotland
Wondering if anyone has a suggestion. Orangey/pinky grouting in shower in the wet areas but only visible when wet/damp. When dry it is nice and white.
