Faint smell of smoke on second hand leather sofa so
I bought 2 beautiful leather sofas (really expensive ones). I assumed the lady was a non smoker & you couldn't smell smoke in the house. However I get the faint whiff of nicotine from the sofas now. Lamb shoulder fillet: help please?
I've got two lamb shoulder fillets (YS bargain I've retrieved from freezer). It's not a cut I've ever bought before. I want to just make a traditional roast with it but all the recipes I've googled seem to pan fry. Can I do them in the oven? How long? Any advice in general? TIA
