Dough- Forgot to add yeast.

I was trying to make bread, but I have just realised that I have formed the dough without adding the yeast.
What can I do? Can I make it into something other than bread, or can I re knead the dough adding in yeast as I go?

Divide into portions, then roll it out to make flat bread.0

i think it you let it prove longer the dough absorbs the yeast which is in the air.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!
