Meal plan week beginning 4 Aug

Monday - tandoori turkey with rice salad, salad and yoghurt dressing
Tuesday - l/o rice salad with cold meat and coleslaw, vegetable gratin and pizza bread ( will make chocolate muffins at the same time.)
Wednesday -pasta salad, turkey fajitas with sour cream and avocado
Thursday - humous and salad bagels, tuna fishcakes changed to pasta
Friday - humous and salad bagels, ratatouille pasta
Tandoori turkey was a big hit with the family so will make it again as healthier than curry. Just about to make some potato salad so stretch the quiche I got out to fill us up for lunch. Really need to search for some tasty salad ideas than aren't too expensive.
