Lamb shoulder fillet: help please?

I've got two lamb shoulder fillets (YS bargain I've retrieved from freezer). It's not a cut I've ever bought before.
I want to just make a traditional roast with it but all the recipes I've googled seem to pan fry.
Can I do them in the oven? How long? Any advice in general?
TIA

That's exactly what I did. DH commented how good and lean it was compared with 'that roll with the stuffing' we had before. He doesn't like the fattiness (but I do) of rolled breast.:(
Thanks for your help everyone. I'm unlikely to buy it again (unless a good price YS) but at least now I know what do with it.0
