When's horseradish in season?

Cod fillets - ok to eat?
I've just taken some cod fillets out of the freezer (frozen from fresh) to have for tea tomorrow, but I've noticed the instructions on the back say 'Not Suitable for home freezing'. Will they be ok to eat? Thanks

How long do things keep after freezing?
If I make some flapjacks and cakes a month ahead of when I want to use them how long will they keep once I take them out of the freezer? I am going on holiday and normally make both these to take with me, but its always such a huge rush. Also if I take out meals that I have pre frozen, will these be ok a day or two later?…
