Cod fillets - ok to eat?

I've just taken some cod fillets out of the freezer (frozen from fresh) to have for tea tomorrow, but I've noticed the instructions on the back say 'Not Suitable for home freezing'. Will they be ok to eat? Thanks

Yes they will be fine. They were probably previously frozen and sold as fresh when they were were frozen at sea...but as long as you cook them through they'll be fine.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
  • Thank you! No need to think of something else for tea tomorrow then :)
