Anybody recognise this Belling Cooker?

Thought some Old Stylers may recognise this Belling Cooker, it's about 16 years old. I can't find my manual, I'd search on the net for it but of course the type code is on the back of the cooker.......

Can anybody please explain to me how to use the timer function to delay cooking? I want to go out later and come home to a cooked dinner!

It's a double oven, how do I tell it which one to turn on?

I don't know how to set the timer, but presumably it will turn on the one you have set the temperature dial for?

My neighbour bless her is coming in later to switch our oven on, so we're sorted for tonight, but if anybody does know what I should be doing, I'd be grateful!

I have a belling range cooker.
The left hand button is a simple count down timer
The 2nd from left sets the cooking period
The 3rd from left sets the stop time
The 3rd from right sets it back to manual or cancels it
The plus and minus buttons are for adjusting time up and down.

Timing functions tend to operate the main or fan oven
