Puff pastry - where did I go wrong
I hope someone can tell me where i went wrong today. Made a steak and kidney pie with a puff pastry lid. don't think I over rolled the pastry and wetted the rim of the pie dish but the pastry has risen and shrunk away alot from the edges of the dish.
