Lump of shark! any ideas

My old house mate moved out a while back and today I have found in the freezer a big lump of shark! I know it's shark because I remember him getting it off a mate and cooking some for himself and his girlfriend.

Thing is I don't have any idea what to do with it, so any ideas for shark recipies?

Oh and as anybody tried using bacon in ham & whatever soup recipies?
