What to use instead of corn oil?
In response to another question I raised earlier in the week about my veg box, I had decided to try the beetroot and chocolate muffins that were mentioned. However, the recipe uses corn oil - could I use anything else, just hadn't wanted to go to the supermarket on mothers day of all days. Many thanks.

I'm wondering if I can use these in the same way, but just not soak them with the soaking block, or will my…
