I didn't tie the bag up properly so now i have 400g of soft cashews

Is there any way to crisp them up again....or any recipe that benefits from soft cashews? I usually put them in stir fries but I don't like them soft

You could maybe try a spiced nut recipe (something like Nigella's Union Square Bar nuts). They go in the oven so I'm sure they'd crisp up a bit - you could even bake them a bit more after tossing them with the butter etc, that'd probably make them crispier too.0

CASHEWS To toast cashews: microwave cashews on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring after 2 1/2 minutes.0 -
Hi clutterydrawer,
To freshen them up spread them out on a baking tray and put them into a pre-heated moderate oven for about five minutes. Leave them to go completely cold before storing and use as you normally would.
