Good morning all.
I'm hoping someone can help me: I remember reading a recipe on here for ham and pea soup, but didn't bookmark it. I've tried the index collections but can't find it anywhere
I do remember that it involved buying a certain type of ham joint and boiling it - I think it then said that you could use the ham for sandwiches and the stock for the soup.
TIA x

Could it have been a 'ham shank/hock' (shank and hock is the same thing)? That's what I use.0
