Am having a girly night in tonight with a bean chilli (THANKYOU NODWAH!!!!!)
serving it with brown rice and want to have a salad as well. Was just going to serve with chopped spinach ,cucumber and spring onion what shall i do for a dressing? I think something cooling (chilli is hot man!) any tips ??

Big chunky salsa, sour cream and cheese and guacamole would be the expected side dishes, I wouldn't go for the re-fried beans if you're doing bean chilli...Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

I'd serve the salad vegetables in their own dishes ie, one for tomatoes, one for cucumber etc as individual tastes vary so much.
