can i freeze raita?
Just a quick question. Last night I had friends over for a curry (homemade MSE style of course). I made a raita out of yoghurt, cucumber, mint and other dried herbs. I have loads of it left.... can it be frozen in small amounts? thanks in advance, Ging x
