Defrosting pork/recipes
Hi, I bought a joint of pork a few weeks ago and froze it. I've never bought pork before so don't really know what to do with it! chicken stock from raw chicken neck?
I boiled lots of raw chicken neck in a pan. Is the resulting stock hygienic to consume as the water from this uncooked chicken neck was not pre-boiled and discarded initially?

Storing the summer duvet?
I've now got my nice warm winter duvet and need to store the summer one. I've got myself a vacum storage bag to put it in but want to keep it smelling fresh - any ideas? I did think that i might wash it before storing but found that it won't fit in my m/c!
