Are there any threads with our favorite mixer recipes? I've done a search and can't find any. If not what are your favorite recipes? I've not tried much as yet, but it did whip up (very very quickly) a lovely cupcake recipe for me last night.
4oz sr flour
4oz butter
4oz sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Just threw it all in the bowl, mixed and then in the oven for 20 mins, tasted lovely and buttery.
Does anyone have their own favs? I'd love some pizza dough recipes and some bread ones too.
