hiya could anyone help i dont use my breadmaker all that often-bad bad janey-but when i do im finding all the crust very crusty and almost inedible. ive tried buying all new ingredients but it is working out too expensive to keep trying new ideas and failing at them thanks in advance janey xxx

Is it Ok to eat meat
that has been in the freezer since Nov 19th? It's a pre-packaged joint of beef from Tesco, and it says use within one month. Anyone know if this is just over cautious? Don't want to poison us all! :D

What else can I do with hot dog rolls?
I have got a few packs of hot dog rolls in my freezer (a special offer bought a month or so agon) anyway, ds doesn't like them with hot dogs (too bready apparantly!!) will i be ok freezing my mince pies
I have lots of Mr K mince pies with the date on them tomorrow, it does not say anywhere on the box that i can freeze them, but just wondering if anyone else does and they come out OK when defrosted, we love them, but i bought a hell of a lot this year and i don't want them to go to waste.

Can you freeze evaporated milk?
Yesterday I opened a large can of evaporated milk (like Carnation!) and I have only used a little for a cake I made. Can I freeze what's left for next time I make another cake?:confused:
