Tips/Recipes for using leftover Xmas Food

I've just been browsing www.lovefoodhatewaste.com site and there's a whole new section for using up Christmas leftover. For anyone new to meal planning there's also a 2 week menu plus shopping lists and recipes laid out in full.
Hope this is of help to someone out there. I shall be looking at it more closely tonight!
