I have lots of Mr K mince pies with the date on them tomorrow, it does not say anywhere on the box that i can freeze them, but just wondering if anyone else does and they come out OK when defrosted, we love them, but i bought a hell of a lot this year and i don't want them to go to waste.

have frozen shop bought mince pies previously (usually Mr T's or M & S) and they always come out fine. Good luck if you decide to try0

I have M&S ones which go out of date tomorrow so I am going to freeze these too. It says on the box "suitable for home freezing" so I assume others will be the same.0

Following on this theme...
I have 2 big jars of mincemeat that I discovered at the back of a cupboard. One of them expired last year.
Think it would be OK to make up as many mince pies as I can and freeze them?
And...would they be OK until Christmas 20080
