Hi My DS loves making stuff and I thought it would be good to experiment at making home perfumes as she likes her smellies! Have searched the web and am not keen on using alcohol in the recipe and would prefer to stick to base oil with essentials oils in it. I am not sure what measures to use and which oils would be kid…

YAY i got myself a sewing machine!
For £49 from woollies :D It's this one which in store in Aylesbury had an extra £10 off - figured it would do fine for the minor alterations i need to do and maybe small projects :) Now i just have to find some patterns for things or I'll be sewing cushion covers for the rest of my life ;)

Hi there, my friend has obtained some kind of sticky pink stain on her shorts and I was wondering if any of you wonderful people could offer up any tips as to how to get rid of it without resorting to expensive stain removers!! I have just realised the baking powder i have used in my cakes for school had a sell by date of jan 07!!!!!!!!!! Please someone me that i'm not going to have to throw them away!!!! Could not bear to bring the whole school down with food poisoning!!!!!! THATS IT I KNEW THERE WAS A REASON I STOPPED BAKING CAKES`!!!!!!!!!!
